The staffing ratio does not need to be switched on. Knuut computes it as soon as check-ins are made on the unit’s device. The figures are only as good as the children’s details and the check-ins, though. Go through this list for every unit. The ticks are saved in this browser.

1. The unit's device is in useSettings → unit → Devices. Check-ins are made on the device, and the ratio is computed from them. Guide
2. Every child has a date of birthChildren → child’s name → Basic details. Without a date of birth the multiplier is always 1.00.
3. Full-time is set correctlyChildren → child’s name → Care arrangement → Full-time. It affects the multiplier of children aged three or over. Guide
4. Own multipliers are set for the children who need themChildren → child’s name → Multiplier. Leave the field empty for other children.
5. Workers have a groupEmployees → employee’s name → Group. When a worker has a group, In ratio is on by default at check-in.
