This is how a Worker uses the roster in the Knuut app. You can show this part to your Workers.

Short instructions for Workers

1. Install the Knuut app and sign in following the invitation you got by email.
2. My shifts: you see your published shifts. “Changed” means the shift has changed since publishing.
3. Wishes: mark your wishes for the upcoming period and press Send wishes before the deadline.
4. Proposed change: if your manager proposes a change to your shift, you get a notification. Press Agree or Decline.
5. Ask for a change: open the shift and ask for a move to another time or to be released. Write a short reason.
6. My hours: you see your target, planned and worked hours. If a day’s hours are wrong, open the day, say what happened and press Send flag.
7. Time off instead of pay: if your manager proposes giving your extra or overtime work as time off, answer Accept time off or I want the pay. The time off goes to your balance only if you accept.
