Do these once, in this order. The ticks are saved in this browser, so you can carry on later where you left off.

SetupClear

1. Knuut support switches roster planning on for your organizationContact support, see Help. After that Roster appears in the menu.
2. The unit, its groups and opening hours are in orderSettings → Basic details and Groups. The shift timeline follows the opening hours.
3. The unit's collective agreement and insurers are chosenSettings → Employment. Instructions
4. Contract templates are made (optional)Saves time if you often write similar contracts.
5. The Workers are added to KnuutEmployees → New employee. Instructions
6. Every Worker has an employment contractKnuut counts target hours from the contract. The No contract mark in the employee list shows who is missing one.
7. The Workers are invited to the mobile appFrom the row menu in the employee list: Invite to the mobile app.
8. The wish deadline is setSettings → Roster → Wish deadline.
9. Hours tracking is switched onUnit admin. Settings → Roster → Hours tracking.
10. The wage types are enteredUnit admin. Settings → the unit → Payroll export → Wage types. An Organisation admin can enter default codes once for every unit: Settings → Payroll export. Instructions
