Invoice recipients
Every child who is invoiced needs one guardian to address the child’s invoice to. Knuut gathers the children with the same invoice recipient on one invoice. Invoices cannot be finalized while a child in the batch has no invoice recipient.
Setting the invoice recipient for a child

- Open the child’s details.
- In the list of guardians, tick
Invoice recipientfor the guardian the invoice goes to. Only one guardian can be the invoice recipient. - Save.
The other guardian does not see the child’s invoices in the app. If you want to change the invoice recipient, do it before you compute the month’s invoices.
Setting invoice recipients from the batch
Section titled “Setting invoice recipients from the batch”If children in the batch have no invoice recipient, the batch’s Fix before computing section shows Children with no invoice recipient.
- Press
Set invoice recipients. - Pick a child from the list and press
Set as invoice recipientnext to the guardian. The choice is saved straight away. - Continue until every child has an invoice recipient.
If the child has no guardian yet, add the guardian in the child’s details first.
Invoicing address
Section titled “Invoicing address”Where to find it:Guardiansthe guardian
The invoice is addressed to the guardian’s home address. If it must go somewhere else, open the guardian’s details and untick Invoicing address is the same as the home address. Then fill in the Invoicing address and, if needed, the Invoicing email. The invoicing details take precedence over the home address.
