Unit settings
Settings are made per unit. First choose Settings on the left, then the right unit from the list.
Collective agreement and insurers

- In the unit’s settings, open the
Employmentpage. - Under
Contract defaults, choose the unit’s collective agreement and type in the pension and accident insurers. - Save.
The collective agreement decides a full-time Worker’s week:

Contract templates

A contract template is a ready fill for a contract you write often, for example “Early childhood teacher, full time”. Picking a template fills the form, and every field can still be changed. Changing a template later does not change contracts already made.
- On the
Employmentpage, underContract Templates, pressAdd Contract Template. - Give the template a name. The name only shows when picking a template.
- Choose the working time and agreement, and fill in the written terms that are the same for everyone (job title, duties, notice period and so on). Dates, the salary and insurers are entered in each contract.
- Press
Save.
A saved template shows in the list. A template can also be copied to another unit.
Wish deadline and hours tracking

In the unit’s settings, open the Roster page.
- Wish deadline: how many days before the period starts the wishes must be in. For example 14 days. The change applies to periods created from now on.
- Hours tracking, Tracking starts: choose the period from which worked hours are checked. Earlier periods are not checked and cannot be closed.
- Tolerance in minutes: how far a check-in or check-out may be from the shift before the day must be checked. For example 15 minutes. If you leave the field empty, the unit uses the organization’s default.
- Organization default in minutes: the tolerance for units that have none of their own. Only an Organisation admin sees this.
