Day cells
Section titled “Day cells”Day cells sets what each day’s cell says.
First arrival of the day in the group: a green ring around the arrival time.Last departure of the day in the group: a red ring around the departure time.Show birthdays: a mark in the cell for the day a child has a birthday.
If several children arrive or leave at the same time, all are marked. The print follows the view’s Times switch. If the times are hidden, the rings are drawn around the multiplier instead.
Summary rows
Section titled “Summary rows”Summary rows are printed under the list of children, one figure per day. Add a row from Add row:

How many children are present that day. |
Over 3 years old |
How many of those present have turned three. |

How many of those present are under three. |
Breakdown by group |
One row per group. |
Children in a time window |

Notes after the name
Section titled “Notes after the name”Under Notes after the name you can write free text for each child that is printed after their name, an allergy note for instance.
What does the print look like?
Section titled “What does the print look like?”- A4 landscape, one page per week. Weekends are left out.
- The cells use the same letters as the view:
Ssick leave,Lholiday andPother absence. - The print is in the language you are using Knuut in, and its numbers use the same decimal separator as the view.
- The file name looks like
lasnaoloilmoitukset-startdate-enddate.pdf.
Placed children on the print
Section titled “Placed children on the print”A child placed from another unit has the home unit’s name in brackets after their name, so the print says who is a guest. A note you type for the child under Notes after the name replaces the automatic text. See Temporary placements.
