After publishing
A published period is the unit’s confirmed roster. After that every change is a proposed change: it takes effect only once the Worker agrees to it.
A published period has the Proposed changes, Change history and Print PDF buttons along the top.
Changing a shift after publishing

- Edit the shift as before. Knuut asks for a reason for the change.
- The Worker gets a notification in the app and agrees to or declines the change.
- If you agreed on the change by phone, press
Record agreement. If the change must be made without consent, chooseApply without agreement.
Workers’ change requests

A Worker can ask in the app for a move to another time or to be released from a shift. Requests show on the Wishes & requests tab under Change requests. Press Answer, approve or reject, and write a reply. Approving applies the change at once.
Change history and printing
Section titled “Change history and printing”Change history shows every change made after publishing: who, when and why. Print PDF makes a printable roster of the period, for example for the notice board.
