Do these once for every unit, in this order. The ticks are saved in this browser, so you can continue later where you left off.

Invoicing setupClear

1. Knuut support switches invoicing on for your organizationContact support, see Help. After that Invoicing appears in the menu, and the Invoices tab in the guardians’ app.
2. The invoicing details are filled inSettings → unit → Invoicing → Invoicing details. At least the company name and the account number. Guide
3. The number series are set, if you continue numbering from an earlier programSettings → unit → Invoicing → Number series. This works only before the unit’s first finalize.
4. The client fee and sibling discount are set (if the unit charges a client fee)Settings → unit → Invoicing → Client fees. Check the amounts under Example invoice.
5. Every child has an invoice recipientIn the child’s details, Invoice recipient next to the guardian. Guide
6. The guardians' invoicing addresses are checkedIf an invoice goes somewhere other than the home address, fill in the guardian’s Invoicing details.
7. The invoice recipients use the Knuut appGuardians see invoices only in the app. For others, print the invoice as a PDF.
