Do these once for every unit, in this order. The ticks are saved in this browser, so you can pick up later where you left off.

Setting up care time bookingsClear

1. The unit's opening hours are setSettings → unit → General → Opening hours. Guardians can book care times only within opening hours. Guide
2. The unit's contracts are addedSettings → unit → Children and care times → Add contract. A contract’s hours per week cap the child’s weekly care times.
3. Every child has the right contractIn the child’s details, or on the Service times tab with the default schedule. Without a contract a child can be booked for at most 40 hours a week.
4. The care time booking deadline is setSettings → unit → Children and care times → Care time booking deadline. The default is 2 weeks.
5. Guardians are invited to the Knuut appGuardians → Send invitations. Guardians book care times only in the app.
6. Every child has a default scheduleThe guardian sets it in the app the first time. You can also set it yourself on the child’s Service times tab. Guide
7. The Care time bookings view has no empty rowsAn empty cell means the child has no booking and no default time for that day. Guide
8. Staff know where to see the day's care timesOn the unit device, on the Check-ins tab. Guide
